I like in fact I enjoy pointing out that in the last decade 12 Million people died of Tuberculous in China. This is the country that Indy raves about as some kind of advanced culture - Yet most of the Planet has solved this as a simple problem to solve and then there is China.
I think it's just one tool China uses to keep the living people fed by finding old and new ways for the Mortuary and Burial business active, and it makes the feeding of the masses easier.
China of course is not the only place because just as other SOME 3rd world countries also have occurances.
