Politicians dropping out of a race when they have no realistic chance of winning and subsequently endorsing their preferred remaining candidate is not, in fact, screwing someone out of the nomination. Biden is also being screwed by Bloomberg staying in and sucking up vote share in a pointless money-burning vanity campaign. The onus is on Bernie to build coalitions or otherwise meaningfully expand his voter base. He has not been able to do that really. I say this as someone who ideologically prefers Bernie over Biden.
