Thanks for the LaffsMC the chan loaded with missfits that are IQ deficient and go out of their way to get Cancer and Heart Diseases.
At least once a week or maybe every 10 days someone will come up to me at 24 hour fitness Gym and ask how do you do THAT - Usually when I am pouring out Sweat like crazy on the treadmill as I NEVER EVER go FLAT - Always on the UPHILL at no matter what speed I choose and my running speed keeps increasing (I do monitor my heart rate and only on occasion back off if it hits over 200) Waiting until they get the new model that goes more than 15% elevation (and no I do NOT go +15% for over one hour) As no way to load up the water necessary on the treadmill for such a duration and besides that wood probably blow out my innnards fast
NOW I AIN'T going to live 4EVER but based on my Relatives and Mom was the last born as number 18 (ok only 15 survived after the first year) but I have genetic history on Moms side of chance for active life with NO Cancer or Heart problems to at least age 98 and as much as 105
Dads side well not so much as good - Long life still age wise but NOT without lots of Filling up wallet of Docs to keep the Pipes and Heart in full function - 100% going back to Great Grand Dad all had/have heart problems
Me? Wood as well if not for Flunking a Cholesterol Test eons ago at Santa Monica Hospital where with doppler they found my Carotid artery 95% messed UP - And wanted to Slice n Dice the very same DAY!
BulllllllllShite I said and signed forms and hit UCLA Med library to discover papers published on how to SELF Clear the Pipes - Diet and Exercise and AND AND AND ONE FREEBEE comes with it
Exercise produces a huge HUGE amount of Endorphins. Super Highs each time I exercise - Feels GREAT - Wonderful and it also cums from Jitterbug Dancing - Hiking and Mountain Climbing and Down Hill Skiing which is why Sonny Bono chopped off his head cause Endorphins was the cause of it all
So perhaps Endorphins will do me in - Still working on next ski trip - With Mardi Gras out of way and Feb a month of much celebrating so much so very much - Maybe I can work out St Patties on a Mountain top and Ski same area as Sonny Bono and C if me 2 can cum close to Tree but not so close as 2 Make ya all HAPPY

63 NORMAL resting heart rate. Does move to around 141 for hour+ at a time on tread mill - I just see the jumps UP toward the first 6 mins or so and then for some reason at 9 mins it will jump up again and settle down - But I KEEP stetting a new goal about every other day or 3 and see if I can get the same Calorie burn goal with just a weee bit less time on the treadmill and use that time for other machines
What IF I HAD a totally functional working brain vs body wood do is look up what my max while running rate should be - Deal is the charts are for flat surfaces last I looked and not any real uphill - Not saying 15% is a major hill to climb but I see only one other person in a gym filled with mass of people and a huge number of treadmills and only one other is running at 12 to 15% all the way.
I can go several hours on 12% but for sure my attempts at going for 2hours at 15% fails and not because of some higher heart rate - I just stop feeling like continuing - So I fully admit the Endorphins do drive me on - Used to get that doing laps in pool which for a break I still do but getting a lane in the Gym during regular hours is chancy and I do mix it up with on a bike - Any glitch with a toe or foot jam drives me to the stationary bikes. Have gotten better on the bikes with experience but still can burn more Calories in say one hour on treadmill then I can on the bike and still feel happy about it towards end.

That keeps the pipes clean - Now that is NOT only Cardio - Has a lot do do with Fats and types of fat in diet which is mostly Mediterranean and a serious amount of Asian - Lots of Sushi and Home made Ramen last night - Base for Ramen was cooked in AM and set in Frig so it wood be a simple assembly post dancing last night - So much so that left overs will be added 2 2Nite
Bragging but last nites Ramen was perhaps the best yet when based on a Roast Chicken carcass with the left over chicken - 2Nite will add some Pork Belly which reminds me to pick up some more Gyoza both in Japanese version and Thai version from Trader Joe's after the gym.
Ramen/Noodles will again be the Tsukemen style where the Noodles are outside the main bowl and one with chopsticks lifts the Noodles out of the bowl and dips in the main bowl so that the Noodles NEVER EVER get soggy or the least bit over cooked - Once I had that style in Japan I said no matter what kind of Ramen I am eating that is how I want it 2B - Local Ramen places C me coming and no in advance to tell the cook to do it MY WAY and now I C others ordering it that way -

Doubt that as I tip super well - I do NOT go back to any establishment unless they are of the type that I will TIP extra well. That pays off and of course anyone who eats as much sushi as I eat damn well No's that the prior TIP is a bargain because those extra special items the Sushi Chef offers up at no extra cost ends up one hell of a bargain when compared to the very large Tip each tyme.
