Yeah it's a pretty big if but even IF you could, you have to ask yourself how long they can or are willing to implement the extreme measures they have put in place. As the virus is now outside of China as well as inside China, there's a big risk it's just going to spread like wild fire again as soon as they relax the quarantines and they might give up on them in the end.
