Now I have no clue what or where you got what u posted but the other day (two weeks ago) I tried the Beyond Burger as a Patty sans bread - Sprouts had employee from Beyond Burger which has of all things a local office just 10 mins North of me and they were handling out sliders. I tried one and then asked for one sans the bread/bun
It does PASS as meat - She seasoned it but I did not have the time to ask details about the added seasonings
Only critique was the grain size was just too consistent - If they varied the particle size such as one wood find in a regular grind of meat - They wood be 95% close enough to the real thing.
I was impressed and she said they are working on making it more better daily in the labs
ALSO at Qualcomm everyone is talking about our new neighbor who just set up labs to make Fake Fish from real fish cells
