For sure when you try cooking an Indian dish you will not just dump a bunch of this into pot on whatever and call it Indian Cuisine

One person here on MC made a Youtube of his skills of just dumping some curry powder into pot and in an instant less than a bowl of instant Ramen - He pronounced the Chicken in Skillet - Curry

Will have to play catch up later in week to see how your cooking is coming along. - Consider inventing a new dish based on Rocket Man - Chinese Eggplants cum to mind
