They were arguing over something really stupid, and Lagoona started to report it as Sophie wanting to commit violence/sexual assault on to Lagoona. Lagoona told her case workers and reported it to the authorities.

Bonus update: When Sophie got her internet ban. Negi decided to larp as a black hebrew israelite and was featured on some of their streams. This ended in 2019 when they found out Negi's past chan antics with Sophie and other assorted chan characters.
