JUST IN: George Zimmerman is reportedly suing Democratic presidential contenders Pete Buttfucker and Elizabeth Warren over 'defaming' tweets while paying tribute to Trayvon Martin on what would have been his 25th birthday.
DETAILS:

Pete Buttfucker
@PeteButtfucker
·
Feb 5
Trayvon Martin would have been 25 today.

How many 25th birthdays have been stolen from us by white supremacy, gun violence, prejudice, and fear?

#BlackLivesMatter

Elizabeth Warren
@ewarren
·

My heart goes out to
@SybrinaFulton
and Trayvon's family and friends. He should still be with us today.

We need to end gun violence and racism. And we need to build a world where all of our children—especially young Black boys—can grow up safe and free.

Editor's note- Pete's last name has been slightly modified to protect the innocent.

We have more than 6 people living in our country so we can't just sit around in powdered wigs and say "Oi that's a proper naughty thing you've done" and resolved our issues that way. We need to actually try.

I No one of the most famous Attorneys that specializes in very high profile cases and on a first name basis - Given she and I spent 3.5 years in court with/together/apart/totally/apart/eventually/

Becky is free to contact Gloria and say I recommended her - Could be worth at least a laff.

Oh wow. This is awesome.

Seriously, Larry Klayman. Larry Klayman!

Larry Klayman who is representing Laura Loomer trying to sue Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter for being banned as well as a defamation lawsuit against Facebook for calling her a “dangerous individual” after she handcuffed herself to the doors of Twitter's office.

Larry Klayman who is representing Roy Moore in a defamation suit against Sasha Baron Cohen.

Larry Klayman who writes a regular column for worldnetdaily.

Larry Klayman who filed Jerome Corsi's defamation suit against Roger Stone. There's video of him deposing Roger Stone and the whole thing turning into the two men, who are decades-long frenemies, hurling insults at each other and the deposition turning into accusations of sexual misconduct with a former employee of Klayman's and rumors of sleeping with Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy. Klayman has also sought damages for Corsi against Robert Mueller, The Washington Post, and Jeff Bezos.

Klayman has been been behind lawsuits on behalf of Joe Arpaio against the Obama administration. Klayman has sued the Bidens claiming they complained about his YouTube channel. He's been involved with numerous suits against the Clintons, FOX News, the Bush administration, Rashida Tlaib, he tried to file a suit to get Ilhan Omar deported - really if you have seen a name in politics, there's a good chance that Larry Klayman has tried to sue that person at some point.

Larry Klayman is your typical "free speech warrior" who doesn't see the inherent contradiction in trying to sue anyone and everyone who says something he doesn't like. Anyway, stay tuned for this suit to go nowhere fast.

I still think about free speech a lot and whether anyone really supports it. Of course everyone has to say they support it because it's one of the Ten Commandments in our civil religion. But you have stuff like "the first amendment doesn't apply to private corporations!" and "freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences". I mean, I can't really think of any prominent people who really support it in the pure Voltaire sense. Not that that's a bad thing. I've mentioned before if I had a media platform, everyone not in the bottom right quadrant of the political compass would be banned from it. But I just always find it interesting that Alex Jones would probably ban AOC from posting on InfoWars forums (no idea if she's tried or even wants to but I'd bet she'd get banned).

I think so. If you say "I support free speech but...", whatever that "but" is, you don't really support it I think.

Note I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing and if I ran a forum I would suppress certain speech myself so I would not classify myself as a "real supporter of free speech" under my own system. The concept of "we support free speech but not that kind of speech" just bugs me.

I guess I was thinking of people like his client Laura Loomer who unironically wears "Stop the bias!" tee shirts while running around calling people "secret Muslim jihadi murderers" with no real basis for the claim other than her feelings. There seems to be a breed of people who seek attention by making provocative and sensationalist claims who then use "free speech" as a shield from criticism or to play the persecution card by conflating criticism of their actions with censorship. I feel like people who are really concerned about free speech wouldn't try to silence people under mountains of frivolous defamation lawsuits like Larry Klayman does.
