Yeah, I'm happy with how it came out. I think the garlic salt, Italian herbs, and black pepper is a good combination. Not sure if the olive oil did anything though. I was going to try butter but I've been reading the information my doctor gave me and they said I should stick to olive or canola oil if I am to watch my cholesterol.

Shoot at Santa Monica Hospital there are file records of my Doppler of carotid artery - 95% blocked by Fatty deposits as result of Male side of my family with Super High Cholesterol -

I go in for simple blood test for FREE as offered by sign as walking past Hospital and get test and they offer me a fast deal of private room for recovery at cost = 4 in a room

Now that was about 1/3 of my current life time AGO - I had to sign all kinds of forms to get OUT of that Hospital WITHOUT getting Sliced n Diced by Surgeon looking to buy a new boat or plane on my wallet contents

Hit UCLA Med Library - Hunkered down for weeks and weeks and came out with a plan that WORKS - New Photos at other places LA and San Diego show my Pipes TOTALLY CLEAR of Plaque - Resting Heart Rate 62 usually most days and I check it daily - Blood Pressure as IF I were 21 again and in great shape at 21

No Meds of any kind - Except a Vitamin that IF anyone of you tried it and it's over the counter - U wood be calling 911 for Ambulance nor am I joking

So I work Hard at keeping my Pipes Clean TOTALLY Clean - and all that extra Oxygen going to my brain helps keep Me in Joy n Happy and getting laid over the holiday also is Great for Heart -

and Yes I now eat more eggs than in past and keep up with new research - and I sure EAT one hell of a Lot of Lobster Crab Shrimp and they are super high in Cholesterol - Not much higher than Squid and even eat that on occasion Fried which is NOT exactly a quality way to help the blood stream but is a quality way on occasion as with some rare Fried Shrimp to keep the Mind feeling Good which keeps the Blood Pressure where it needs to be

And let me tell ya I eat my share of Rare Beef and Lamb but Chicken not so much rare

Oh and Okra let me tell ya the benefits of Okra along with Beef that on occasions has fat content wayyyyy to high

And that asshole in Looser~anna who said No Fat No Flavor - What a dumb as all fuck no knowledge of cooking idiot said

One can get more flavor than one can deal with and still end up FAT Free

And I have Proof lots of Proof including a famous rule of Chinese cooking and Flavor sans Fat

Massive amounts of Niacin - The REAL Niacin without any form of slow release as well as a Daily Slow Release Niacin.

To prevent the Flush and Rash that can LAST 20+ Minutes and cums with a Huge amount of need to scratch the skin off of all ones body - Takes time to build up to massive doses -

The Niacin alone is NOT sufficient - The purpose of the Niacin NOR does it work alone - Without the Insoluble Fiber there wood be no advantage to taking the huge or any real amounts of Niacin.

Bottom line is that my LDL/HDL Cholesterol Ratio Which once was Off the Charts as bad BAD as Bad as could Be - Is now so far off the Charts as AMAZING in Low Number that the Lab the most Famous Lab QUEST in USA - Red Flags it as to low because they do not encounter such a unique low number - Of course it's NOT just the Combo of Niacin and Insoluble Fiber - All the Aerobics I do DAILY Jacks up my HDL and lowers my LDL

Keeping Animal Fat out of my diet - Like Burger meat is always 90/7 or 93/7% and I cut off all visible fat from outside any Roast or Steak B4 grilling it - I make a lot of homemade broths that end up in freezer for a while so that top FAT is easy to remove or in rush use a special cup that allows the fat to float while I can pour out the good stuff fat free.

AND Thanks for the mention of Roasting the Broccoli with Olive Oil - Because I failed to add a Key as learned years ago in Chinese Cooking Classes - 1 FULL Decade of Chinese Cooking which included All Asian cooking as well

No right minded Chinese Person wood Poach a Chicken in Water - NEVER EVER - Famous Family tradition at any Chinese Wedding - Give Bride a Pot a Huge Stock Pot full of Chicken Broth as used to Poach a whole Chicken.

So a Chicken is always cooked in something TASTY - Water just washes and dilutes away the Flavour -

So a SUPER FAST SIMPLE way to cook Broccoli and add healthy flavor is with Chicken Broth - Most Chinese cooking includes adding Chicken Broth - Defatted of course.

AND ur correct about the Roasted Vegs - But do you No why? What factor makes Roasting a great way to go. What is in the Veggies universally that makes such a diff when Roasting

It is related to what one sometimes is poured over Vanilla Ice Cream

Cholesterol does not cause heart disease. It's based on bullshit studies from the 1950s. ?

PS Cholesterol is an important part of every single animal cell. It's vital for life, you literally cannot live without cholesterol which is why your body makes so much of it. Where do you think pigs and cows and chickens get their cholesterol from??? They eat vegan diets but still make it.

Go look up what this shit actually does in the body, then tell me it's bad. I'll wait. It's necessary for the production of hormones, bile, and Vitamin D. Yes when you make testosterone and Vitamin D in your body it is made from cholesterol.

Or, rather, look what happens when you take statins to reduce cholesterol: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statin#Adverse_effects

It causes muscle wastage, cognitive problems, and diabetes. This shows how vital cholesterol is for life.

Meta takes the whole number aka Cholesterol as Gospel without doing the science asking for the breakdowns of what make up the whole number - Kinds of like he sees a car and says that is a car and all cars are the same - Does not take in2 account a small or large engine or quality of tires or all the safe things they add like air bags

So of course IF Meta were to choose a diet high in all that makes his HDL Small and his LDL LARGE as all fuck and Fried Chicken not only made him larger than normal his LDL jumped up a bunch as well because his Liver did that for him at no cost so some doctor in future could fill his wallet quickly on Meta's bank account

Now YES there is a fraction of People that can eat bad food and be ok - Has so much to do with Genetics - There are people that subsists like Eskimos who can eat Massive amounts of Saturated Fat from Blubber and live Long and Prosper - Alas few of us have Eskimo Genes

How do you roast the vegetables? Do you just put them in a pan?

Cut them up, toss in olive oil and seasonings, and throw in the oven. Some take longer to cook than others so sometimes you need to put them in in stages. Be careful to have them spaced out on the pan. If there's too many vegetables too close together they'll just steam.

I'll try that someday. What seasonings do you recommend?
