The surgeon should have refused to operate without a strict skin growing regiment. It would not matter how shrunken the erectile tissue had become so long as she kept stretching the skin as a pre operative procedure. It is a technique done before cosmetic penile extension surgeries so I see why it would not work in the case of SRS minus the glacial tedium and awkwardness of hiding your dick gauges under your panties. But the temporary embarrassment would have saved her an awful lot of avoidable, preventable suffering.
