Does not work that way. For Matt yes because each of his devices uses a different ISP so with enough posts he can vote many a time
1000 ID's on my part all carry the same exact IP and the software detects that IP no matter how many ID changes as Voted Already.

The poll has EVERYTHING to do with IP. Once you have voted with any ID - You will discover that every alternate ID says you have already voted.
This wood be so easy to prove so how about you grabbing a pole for example and screen cap it and then U change ID's and see IF U can rig the poll.
