Truthfully I kind of understand what you go thru, that is why I try to leave when I start getting too drunk. I dealt with this many years ago myself and understand. This feud and Matt's relentless obsessive posts, Syntax's stalking are nothing new to me. I try and have compassion for mods.

Lol thank you for being considerate. Generally with most users it isn't too bad, and they can be kept in line with deletions and scolding PMs. Occasionally I'll have to temp ban someone for like 12 hours just to cool them off. But with Indy, Bert, and Syntax, they cannot be contained as easily if they are all posting. We can only really handle one of them at a time or they just feed off each other and spiral out of control.

No..I like to drink. As I age though not as much as I use to. And I swore off Tequila many years ago that probably saved me.

I'm pretty sure I was just addicted to feeling intoxicated. I did increase my marijuana intake as a result, and everyone knows you can't be addicted to marijuana, so you may be right.
It did take me reaching a "rock bottom" and looking back and seeing the choices alcohol helped me make. Alcohol is why I started being homeless, alcohol is a reason for poor relationship choices, and alcohol is part of the reason I have such a high anxiety level to this day.
Edit: it did take me a couple years to get to the point where alcohol genuinely disgusts me again.
