I am not ban evading. I got on my phone this afternoon, and I can see and post on the fora. If I am still banned and this is a glitch then I apologize, and it was not on purpose. Just asking. Thank you.

At a glance, 43, it looks like!

But Bert and Syntax both have static IPs so they just sort of accumulate UIDs over time. Matt has a dynamic one so the UIDs don't build up. If his IP was static too then the count would probably be much higher.
