@previous (A)You need to start filling your waking hours with fun things. Happy stuff. A quality relationship sure helps. Take a hike in some lovely place. Go find a waterfall and search for the waterfall faires.

I fall asleep watching shopping networks and it induces dreams of me either buying stupid stuff, banging a hot chick on set, or prank calling the tv hosts. I wake up either smiling or laughing a lot. Maybe give that a try and see if it helps.
