Easy. You just go to where the girls are. Where they hang. Could be as simple as coffee at Starbucks. Just discover what girls like to do and go to those places and say hi how are you. Once and this is no joke. I was at a club with an work mate and he used the line when meeting new girls - Do you want to fuck. Usually that did not work exactly as planned yet the number of girls that continued to talk to him and over time he ended up doing exactly what he wanted to do.
So just go to where the girls are. Worked for me in high school and even middle school.
