Topic: were there any top pop hits of the 2010s that weren't fucking god damn boring?

I know that plenty of swell tunes came out. But which of those were actually on popular hit charts? I wasn't keeping track, because when I would look or listen, I would get fucking god damn bored out of my fucking mind. It used to be that calling new music "noise" was an insult. I have often turned the radio to static because that was actually nicer.

I'm surprised the radio survves at all except maybe the radio us for those too afraid to show their true interests, the radio after all, doesn't reveal your true taste.

You have to wait a decade and let a little nostalgia and hindsight sink in before you can appreciate the music of today. Then you can talk about those songs in a glowing light by comparing them to the garbage that kids are listening to currently.

What I've found is you have to listen to music before you're 20. The universal law seems to be that no genuinely good music is released after you turn 20.
