So the way I figure this OUT - Those who fall for the very ideal a God created Man - They have to accept God was a crappy designer of human beings - For one he put the Anus in Female Humans far to close to the Vagina
For2 He designed the Gene package so that even new borns end up with cancer QUICKLY - And when people like Tryptch dig up old dead ancient bodies they find Arthritis which is found in human remains going back to first Humans dug up in Africa -

You pretty much napalm your own argument in your opening sentence here. If you think that 'putting' the anus and vagina "so close together" was 'wrong', and since you apparently believe in evolution, then you are saying that evolution got it wrong. The criticism you make of God must necessarily be a criticism of evolution also. And so where, from a physiological and evolutionary standpoint, do you think the anus could have been 'better' placed?
I know that answering questions isn't what you do, you just kind of throw out semi-coherent rants, but I'll hope for an answer anyway.

I think the idea behind the joke was to critique the intelligent design of such a configuration if a creator did that with intent. Evolution isn't a person with intentions. You seem to be conflating the two ideas.
