The best way to judge how stupid someone is, is to assess them on the basis of the methodology below. Score them by answering the following questions;
1: If they are discussing a subject, do they make a moronic comment that is easily disproved? If YES, 2 points
2: Do they then realise the stupidity of the comment they made and laugh / retract that comment. If NO, 3 points. If YES, minus 1 point.
3: Do they change their mind once the comment has been disproved? If NO, 4 points. If YES, minus 2 points.
4: Do they then continue to invent, via an incoherent stream of consciousness, a random collection of words they appear to believe proves their initial comment? If YES, 10 points. If NO, 0 points.
5: Do they do this more than once? If YES 20 points. If NO, 0 points.
6: Do they then state that what they have said is evidence of their genius? If YES, 30 points.
7: Do they then go on to consistently replicate this behaviour, regardless of the subject matter, or the expertise of the person with whom they are arguing? If YES, 40 points.
8: Do they then actively promote their thoughts on these subjects in public, despite there being overwhelming evidence that not only are they wrong, but their answers reach hitherto unknown levels of stupidity. If YES, 50 points.
9: If this person reaches Stage 8, and is also known to derive pleasure from groping among the genitalia of a stranger or strangers without invitation, award a further 100 points.
If this person, using the system above, scores 259 points, you have discovered what is known as a Carnally Dysfunctional Uber Imbecile. This person represents a genuine crack in the universe, a combination of the worst possible genes currently recorded in the human genome, whose effects have been further exacerbated by an optimal input of unfavourable epigenetic environmental factors.
