Sainsbury's do really good 'taste the difference' beers and ales. Drink those.

I actually do like some of those. If you like their Kentish Ale, try Otter Ale (no idea if it's just a local/Devon thing).

The Sainsbury's kentish ale is unreal and especially grate at £1.50 a bottle

You should give it a go. Innis & Gunn make a load of different beers. Blood Red Sky and Gunpowder are my favourites. (People give them shit because they're more expensive, but their entire gimmick is oak aged beer. No shit it's pricey...)

It really is good. It's actually a pain in the arse to get from the supplier instead of Sainsbury's, but it's possible if you contact them and arrange a delivery. Otherwise you're shit out of luck. Decent beer though.

> You drink innis and kentish ale because it costs alot, not because it tastes good ?
But Sainsbury's kentish ale is cheaper than all other bottled ales.

Innis and Gunn regular oak aged beer is £3 in Tesco. The IPA is £3.20. No offence, but if you think £3.20 is "a lot" then you really need to branch out a bit.
The Kentish Ale is from Shepherd Neame, and yeah it's a pain in the balls to get ahold of outside Sainsbury's sometimes, but not particularly expensive even then. If you have a Sainsbury's locally it's cheap as chips, and a good beer.

Because I like ales and it was cheap. The grate thing about being an ale drinker is the desire to try other ales. Eventually you're going to land on a few grate ones.
