Shit. A lot of the world still has blasphemy laws, so I guess I went a different direction with that question.
I feel like questioning the founding of the country your in or the legitimacy of its government could probably land you jail in a lot of places too. Realistically, there are probably lots of events that you could question that would put you in legal danger for questioning outright. The holocaust is probably the answer OP was fishing for because feeling persecuted makes him feel like his opinion matters.
