It's been, like, a day
And wars aren't fought so...conventionally any more. Lots of cyber shit, proxy war, etc. Cant even really declare war the way it used to be done because of the un

They'll hit a few targets in Iraq. I wouldn't be surprised if they attack at-Tanf in Syria either. It'll be through one of their many, many proxy forces, and it won't be instant.
It's the US' reaction to Iran's retaliation that'll be interesting. No longer will there be any distinction whatsoever between Iran and its proxies.

Honestly, I don’t think they’ll do anything militarily against the USA. They’re just going to very rapidly start trying to get nukes and do some cyber attacks against the US and Israel. You might see escalation in Yemen but the Iranians are so broke I can’t see how they could afford to ramp up any of their regional proxy entanglements. The US sanctions are really hurting them and now that they have said they are gonna pull out of the nuclear deal I’d expect Europe to stop doing business with them and join the US in sanctioning them.

Honestly like that seems way lower than I expected. I'm pretty sure rich people would pay a couple million to kill a spouse. You'd think it would be like $1 billion.

They know actions by proxy forces will be considered Iranian actions, so people are eager to imagine another "mysterious" unattributed attack on US troops somewhere, but I feel like Iran has to produce some response that they acknowledge, just to save face. They can't let this go unanswered. Defacing a few webpages won't cut it with the population. I'm really curious how they'll respond, because I'm sure they're well aware they risk this spiralling wildly out of control. > now that they have said they are gonna pull out of the nuclear deal I’d expect Europe to stop doing business with them and join the US
Seemingly the opposite, for now. EU foreign ministers are chairing an emergency meeting to discuss some way of keeping the deal intact. I don't think the deal is salvageable, but I doubt the EU are eager to abandon all hopes at diplomacy and side with America.

It is satire and you would have to have some wildly incorrect opinions about what Democratic members of Congress actually think to find it even remotely plausible.

er NOT exactly - They do supply Hammas and Syria with a mass of destructive weapons which are hardly designed and sold to leave people alone.
Plus there was that recent event in Iraq between Iran and Iraq and looked at how that world shaking event turned out for everyone.

In theory they should have taught USA a lesson. Instead USA keeps making fools of selves with wars like Iraq.
Its WE who tried to fuck up Vietcong - I made a living as Engineer for a while trying to find them hidden in tunnels - Technology at time did a piss poor job - Today that technology Rocks - Funny how it fails to be used to find tunnels just south of me where people n drugs are moved through -

There they go again, more of this harsh revenge stuff. Are we taking bets if it's giving old rifles to hooligans or tossing bombs over the borders this time?

How did people forget that happening? I specifically remember we assassinated that general and then Iran fired missiles at an American military base. I don’t like Iran but the premise of this whole thread is kinda retarded.
