I take pride in beating Gloria and in the Judge giving her a beat down for sloppy Attorney work and 2do that I had to quickly fire my attorneys so I could make a case to the Judge and the Judge agreed with me.
Hey my Ex done did ok $$$ Wise and got her fair share - Under Calif Law it tends to be even
But when Gloria demanded more than was fair - I fukin made sure it was NOT me paying her bills and buying her a new plane (that is mean as all fuck considering her experience in air travel from the getgo)
Came away from that court battle feeling real real good - Plus IF I had wanted2 I could have walked away totally free from any Alimony - But did the honorable thing
Must say the walking away part Scot Free - Not me or my attorneys - A guy I worked with new a Super TOP Most best law firm in USA - One 30 minute appointment with the partners and HOT
DAMN
They said it wood be AGAINST THE LAW For them to council me on how to get out of OF - Or break any laws on books - They could lose law practice4
Then they went in the Hypothetical
And one of the Hypothetical's was repacked UP - and Presented to Allred and SHE QUICKLY SHUT THE FUCK UP and quickly became Reasonable
Three years in court - Damn I forgot to celebrate being Free Legally which was New Years Eve from Marriage wayyy back then - Usually I raise a glass and for sure celebrate with Aged wine I bought that Year - Have not cracked open a bottle in a few years cause it's no longer important to me - Getting in a Marriage is easy - Getting OUT is easy as well but the $$$parts are very very difficult when property and other assets are are
Becky if you shud see this and want a laff - Look at one asset still on the books in State of California parked and holding bank ready to disperse and all I have to do is ask with some paper work - I put it in my will - Its Disney Stock a Block not disposed of - Has special value given it's not really Disney - Just a minor company no one ever heard of called ABC TV
Other assets never collected LOL in holding and damn that wood piss Gloria off cause she got stuck with costs of Private Investigator she could not expense off after Judge told her to knock it off and absorb the cost
Damn some of that stuff was fun - Some NOT SO MUCH

One asks for and automatically gets the divorce.
Court case is only about assets - sale of property and distribution AND NOT paying one thin dime to the Shyster on the other side.
Allred was a Lousy Attorney because she got so emotional as well as HAVING NOT ONE PERSON in her law office that dealt with Taxes - My firm on the other hand had a CPA who also had a Harvard Law Degree so guess which side got the more better deal with IRS
