small independent youtube channels. They aren't the only ones that do this. So do CNN and associatedpressUK for example. It may be that they carelessly set things to aggressively find violations that simply are usage of the same public domain material. Whatever the case, it works out to systematic abuse of small channels by corporate fuckpigs.
