> Can you imagine living in a place where you can't get fresh tortillas?
Not all Tortillas are created EQUAL
My most Fav Mex Supermarket has the lowest priced Tortillas in town and they SUCK
Brand I buy is Gourmet buy comparison. I once tried making Tortillas because I lost a bet - That ceiling was never the same after that.
When I lived in Australia I had to import Tortillas. Yes they had the Dried/Fried in stores but not one person in a city o almost 40,000 people had ever tasted a real Tortilla

Unleavened Native USAmerican bread would be more appropriate. Calling them Indians is racist, and that's problematic!

Naan is a popular variety of Indian leavened bread made with wheat flour maida (just an Indian name for all-purpose flour) and cooked traditionally in a clay oven. ... So calling it chai tea or naan bread is like calling a drink tea tea, or the bread, bread bread. So, let's drop the “bread” and just call it “naan”
"The common exception to this rule is Colloquial, conversational, informal referring to types of breads."

In a wayyyyy but in a far wayyyyyy given how cooking Chinese is similar to cooking Indian - LOTS n Lots of Prep - Cutting Chopping Dicing Slicing for both is sure a lot of labor.
I go out of my way to remind people who viewed Mat*ts infamous youtube of his skills with Indian - and this is NO joke - He slapped some Raw Chicken parts in a pan and cooked the chicken just a bit and then added This and declared it Chicken Curry.
Now Chinese use of spices is NOT So Much - Unless one calls Chili/Chile/ a spice which in dried powder form it can B - Indian cooking is one hell of a lot of different spices - Plus they even take a basic spice like

And Mustard Seeds 4Instance can be crushed and added to the dish AND in a separate amount of work the mustard seeds are roasted which makes them very different and chilies roasted brings out the Carmel from the Sugars in the pepper which turns them SWEET - So a mix of Roasted and Regular results in MORE MORE Labor but one fyne way to add flavor to what may be a Basic Green that is loaded with Flavor with minimal cooking Yet Indians cook the beeejesus out of greens making them close to Mush - Tasty Mush but still one has to ask is this all really necessary except on occasion
