But seriously, what would happen (simplified) is that there would no longer be Federal laws against drugs and THE PEOPLE would get to VOTE for or against any new drug laws being made.
It would probably end up with some states having lax (or no) drug laws and others being more strict, but at least you get a choice and can move to different state, one which has laws you support.
