If you're using a mixer with a strong flavor like orange juice, then you don't need to be too concerned about nuances of difference in the quality of your alcohol. Much like you wouldn't use a pricey vodka to make a screwdriver or a top-shelf tequila to make tequila sunrises, you don't need to care too much about the champagne you're using in mimosas. Worry about the champagne quality at your wedding or on a special occasion when you are serving glasses of champagne and it's important to you to spring for the good stuff.

Use boxed medium white wine and run it through a soda stream, for authentic, traditional, French Champagne. Thanks

That will work. It is an insult to the wine maker, to mix orange juice with an expensive French Champagne.
I buy and serve a lot of California and French Champagnes. However when I want to serve up Brunch I use this and add Blackberries and Raspberries and flower petals.
ONLY A Year end product - Production limited so it's only Avail Thanksgiving to Christmas - Many other similar Italian and even French NONE Champagne appellation - Still some good buys and just look for reviews

You know nothing about French Champaign!
Only a native French speaker and wine connoisseur with a vast knowledge of food truck wine pairing could make a better suggestion than I.

Since you appear to be an expert on Champagne (except even Syntax can spell it correctly)
I challenge you to find a single example of wine pairing with cockroaches. Also the sole called native French speaker of MC, grew up learning a bastardized Cajun form of French.
