One major day of popping corks for bubbly and then shopping for last minute dinner items for the next couple of days.Overshopping and food 2Much of is common practice for this Ex-Jew - Last night included a sorta Hanukkah party - Did include draddels and such -
PrimeRib Roast dinner for Christmas eve with Collard Greens on side and Homemade Spinach Souffle (I have Stoffers in Freezer just in case my version Fails) Sugar Snap Peas - Real Spinach for those who do not want eggs with Spinach.
Lots of Serious French Champagne and some VERY OLD (1979) Various California Cabernet Sauvignons - A couple of Aged Zins made from even older Zin Vines and for those who want to compare to French I have that covered as well.
Sorry but I will not can NOT say Happy Christmas to those that continue to Sin like TG-Comix and Indy.
