Yeah, Imgur transparency I mean! It bullies thumbnails below 500x500 that aren't also .gif (though sometimes it does very small PNGs fine too).

They do transparency poorly, yeah. Minichan's own image uploading handled it fine - it's not actually difficult to implement. But we rely on Imgur as a space saving measure, now.
