The audio comes and goes when I play fallout 4, a problem that came after i lowered the resolution since my pc can't handle higher resolution on a 4k monitor that's bigger than your mom and actually is a android tv. So I first tried to frantically reinstall direct x many times from many sources for some reason, and I ended up with some malware which made me purchase nod32. Nod32 wouldn't install which made me reinstall windows and delete everything on my computer. Few hours later, fallout 4 is installed again except the problem persists. I really want to kill bill gates for some reason.

You're right, fallout 4 is randomly taking away the sound and introducing it again because of me and my doings in life.

3 Simple Rules to Troubleshooting Anything:

1. Do the easiest thing first

2. Don’t rely on the people that tried and failed prior

3. 90% of problems are between the driver’s seat and the steering wheel…

I fucked up so bad on that one. Turns out all i had to do was have the headphones connected to the pc instead of the tv. I tried that hundreds of times and it didn't work but I'm a bit of a dumbass and always tried it in the dark which means I was 100% sure I was putting it in the right jack but I wasn't.

On the plus side, I have nod32 working out from all this trouble.
