FTD. You were before my time as a prominent Minichanner. But I hope you stick around.
What do you teach, by the way? Primary or secondary?

Primary. I'm honestly shit at it though. Not an ideal person for it. Not outgoing, organised or good at explaining anything. Do you work? If so, at what?

Haha. It's funny you ask that. I was actually, most recently, a trainee teacher. Primary too. I wasn't good enough at it though, so I left.
But I still really enjoyed the little time I had. There were some really great kids in that class.

In England? I hear the paperwork in teaching there is horrendous.

You heard right. Work followed me home every evening, and I had to work both weekend days to be well-prepared. It was rough. One of my co-workers described teaching to me as "a lifestyle".
Is teaching in the Republic of Ireland better?

All women who use minichan become alcoholic catladies. All men who use minichan become women. You're right on track.

I do the same thing. I just want to make it through this year and then I'm thinking of taking a break. I have someone working with me that asks to see my lesson plans every week and makes mean comments "I'm disappointed in you", "the fact that you're not getting better is unfair on me". So I don't want to work in this particular school next year. Where in England you from?

I already have two cats. But I wouldn't mind starting a collection.

I'm from Cornwall. That's the south west of England, if you didn't know.
I'm sorry to hear you're having a bad time at your school, FTD. I hope you can transfer schools and get a more relaxed working environment, if that's what you want to do.

You got any pets?
Oh I went with the lazy option o.o coke. It's pink gin and it's raspberry flavour. Just tastes like raspberry coke.

> Which flavour? I, for one, am drinking vodka and cinnamon coke™ watching the final episode of The Expanse.
Gins is merely flavored Vodka with added Herbs (Herbs are part of the distillery column) and some Gins add additional Aromatics after the product is distilled - Then Filtered B4 Bottling
I am a fan of several Gins cut adding to Coke? Vodka makes far more sense.

I read that recently and I couldn't believe it. Gin is just vodka with juniper berries. I can't stand vodka though. Much prefer the Christmassy pine smell of gin.

Haha, good woman. A while back, some friends of mine said to me that coke and pink gin was a disgusting combination. But I didn't care, it tasted fine and got me to where I was going.

Had to look up the Other
Tanqueray London Dry Gin
However, since 1998, it has been distilled in Scotland at the Cameronbridge Distillery. The four known botanicals for the gin are juniper, angelica root, coriander seed and licorice root, and they all have a role to play.
Every brand of Gin uses a bit of this and that - Flower petals and tiny bits of spice So that No two Gins taste at all like each other EXCEPT for the Juniper berries is I believe Key
It wood be against the law for me to say I built a very small all Glass Still. So common to have in Chemistry classes. So Hypothetically I tried my hand at making just enough Vodka to run through the Still for the 8 fuking time to get it flavorless AND Then put into the column a mix of various Herbs.
Result was interesting but not one single combination over many weeks of try came close to any Bottle of Gin I had collected. Me I mix three of my Favs to get the result I want/need.
In theory Vodka's are supposed to be Flavorless. Once a year at Christmas at Hughes Malibu Research Labs, a chem lab next to my office made super pure Alcohol - 99.99999999% pure - They worked very hard at increasing the purity - Security rules forbid me from asking them why - However they were very kind at Christmas to knock on my office door and offer me a taste -Mixed of course with fresh Orange Juice - I begged them to let me try a sip on spoon of the Pure stuff but they shook heads and said it wood do damage to my tongue - Did get them to distill water super pure and mix for 100 Proof result so I could taste and it had NO Taste.
Also I have no clue what the base item was for Vodka - Wheat or Corn or Potato - I dared NOT ask.
