That College has the authority to override the Popular Vote because R founding Fathers feared actually Democracy. USA tries to jam Democracy down other countries throats but refuses to be a Democratic country.
Now Anon IF you wish how about a poll of 5000 people and that is with Each State Polled far more often than any other poll until the heat is on in the last 6 months of any 4 year race.
Based on 2016 and 2018 The Polls did Damn Good for just 1000 people. I have a tab to look at with a break down of each polling company and how far off they were. They end up overall more accurate than 1000 people are supposed to be.
