John Dingell, a longtime Democratic member of the house and pretty harsh critic of trump died earlier this year. His wife ran for and won the seat that he had held until he retired. Trump was at a rally in Michigan (Dingell's home state) and said something to the effect of "John Dingell is up there looking down, or maybe he's down there looking up." It's classless but literally not one Republican has a spine so lol. She didn't take that too well.

Slightly disagree. It's just two particular users right now that sometimes overstep on the Trump loving/hating, and even they usually make threads like this one that are topical and generate discussion. And I don't like the idea of two mega-containment threads that you know will turn to shit near-immediately.
