I agree with Boris. Pay a little cash each time you need to see a doctor sounds like a good idea. That means the queue to see he doctor once a year wont be such a mission and the waiting room wont be filled with women in ninja outfits and their 5 children.

On what grounds would you deport them? They are in your country legally. If you disagree with this then change the laws. The United Kingdom had a special dispensation from the EU to have total control over their own borders (a point made repeatedly by David Cameron before the Brexit vote; I'm sure you know that, don't you?). Those "f*ckers" you talk about are in your country because your own government allowed them in.
So you asked what is "wrong" with what you wrote. It's this: you are blaming immigrants for taking advantage of the immigration policies of your own Parliament (which ironically has been a Tory government for the last 10 years, so if you want to blame anyone, blame Johnson and co). Somebody seems to have convinced you to turn your anger and your hate onto the wrong set of people. I'm guessing that 'someone' was a certain political shyster who keeps his money in offshore accounts, maintains a home in Switzerland, and plastered patent nonsense across London buses in the hopes of riling up the ill-informed and ignorant.
Finally, I ordinarily wouldn't feel the need to point out that the women you describe (Muslims) are very possibly not immigrants, they may be British Muslims. But this being you, I'll point it out. So before "deporting" them you'd first have to solve the thorny issue of how to deport a person from their own country. I guess you could start by figuring out which European Union country these burqa-clad ninjas emigrated from.
