That was an rather odd edit you made of what I said. Where did I say I don't create multiple accounts? I do. I could in theory create 50 new Trip codes and under your define of UID each of them are New Accounts and of course they are - Or I could type in my handle and make it different each time I post and there are people that do exactly that.
Mods and regular users often post just as you did with your Handle and your trip code. Later they often post as Anon. That is a 2nd account which may appear in the same thread. Sydney has multiple city blocks in Alpha tests for self driving cars/trucks - data collection with Vodafone and an unnamed Satellite phone system where instead of the Satellite phone system working as user to Satellite - It instead uses the same frequencies in the L band as a ground only cell system with more spectrum than current Vodafone has in total. FCC in USA has cleared this Unnamed Satellite system to do exactly the same thing nationwide.
And just as in current roaming situations YOU the Mod when you look at the User's IP - You of course will see the IP changing - Not a big deal because that is exactly how an Unnamed user who has the record of the most banned user on MC - Back when he lived in China that unnamed person wood get banned and he would drive becky wacko because he wood just change his VPN to another country or server, making Ban tools totally ineffective - becky used to post how frustrating that was.

IF I were making the request in UNIX Code for any Telco related command /Satellites or old land line phone system - The Ask ...Has to be done at least 5 full times at a minimum and can be as much as 9 separate May I's with a response of R U Sure you want to do this! Except each Ask and each response is a different Code - Just to be 100% Sure and give the person time to rethink the request.
I was talking to a person and felt a simple can you do this for me with her saying Yes I can was simple enough.
Alas she decided for some reason to tell me one thing and do another. I could make fun of her law school - After all it was not one of the top 100 and If Trump University were to have offered a Law degree, she wood have jumped on it because she could get Micro Meat along with the Law Degree
