The impaling spike (a number of smaller supporting spikes hold it in place at all times like a pin cast) is about the size of one of the spikes on Kim Kardashian's left breast. However, the spike on my bracelet is flat and serrated, quite in contrast to both the spike pictured which is merely pointed and round, and Kim's left breast which is smooth and orbicular.
