This is LITERAL. You should get a degree, then talk to me.

Why should he get a degree
Degrees aren't very useful

There are situations where one cannot work in a field without a degree.
For instance. There are positions that will accept someone without an engineering degree. A person that is fully qualified from experience and education, yet has never completed a degree in engineering. However there is NO chance in hell that anyone designing medical devices, can ever be hired because of liability issues.
Medical research areas are limited mostly to those with degrees. No one can teach children or teens without a degree. However there are exceptions to the rule. On occasion a Art or Music teacher is hired without a degree.
There are a number of professors that do not have a degree.
Guglielmo Marconi the Co-Inventor of Radio - A Nobel Laureate, had no degree. (Exception to the rule)
Degrees still are very useful. If you want to do as becky does and chase ambulances, you need a degree.
No one is going to higher a Lawaaaaayer who has no degree. Alexa says to me exceptions to that rule
Can you become a lawyer without a law degree?
Today, only four states — California, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington — allow aspiring lawyers to take the bar exam without going to law school. Instead, they are given the option to apprentice with a practicing attorney or judge. ... The numbers for those who take the apprenticeship route are much more dismal.
