Topic: Discover keeps sending me credit card offers
Meta !Sober//iZs started this discussion 6 years ago#94,455
This is not unexpected because my FICO score is 800 so I guess I'm a prime customer they want. I get lots of credit offers. Okay cool.
The problem is, they're all pink. They come in these pink really feminine looking envelopes. I have an unambiguously male name. If they have access to my credit report, I'm sure they know I'm male.
How the fuck does this happen? Did I buy the wrong things on Amazon? Did I search the wrong things on Google? Do I listen to the wrong music on Spotify?
This link came with wayyy to much junk and I just am out of time
Deal is Spend $500 in just 3 months - AND U get $200 - I gave up on this card a couple of years ago but got the $200 - AND AND They insisted I take the card again and Instant approval On-Line and U WILL AS WELL
So if link no work just type Chase Freedom card hummm wait this will work with screen cap
I went with the 1.5% version - U may remember me showing a way to pick up a few thousand bucks - I just completed B o A Rewards - They have three versions of Rewards - Regular then one and I have that years old like wayyyy long time and never use but to keep it alive
Middle on LOOK UP LOOK UP - $500 Cold Hard Cash - Just spend $3000 in 3 months - So U could do B of A - then stop using and go to Chase Freedom for $200
Customer service of B o A Middle version is almost as good as Capitol 1 - No ring on pick up at Capitol 1
Long term is after I pick up about $1000 bucks I will revert to using my Amex Blue with 3% cash back on food and no limit and my Brokers card for Fidelity which is a Visa card and 2% cash back on EVERYTHING -
One word of caution - With B o A if you go that way - It is a $95 fee card so IF U do not fly then all you end up with is $400 BUT BUT one simple flight and they give you $100 each year that covers the $95 so check out all the details B4 U go with this one - Got my $500 and ask me via PM for some really really great ways to get free money from Banks - Chase Chase bless em - So many cards each with Free money and maybe once every 7 months I use a card for a very small something to keep it alive - Best to keep all cards ACTIVE

All those deals have monthly fees of 20 dollars or so which will offset the bonus and/or you have to have like $1500 daily balance.
Only an IDIOT would think they're handing out hundred dollar bills just to be nice.

Yes but that's not on my credit report. Also it didn't happen.

It's gay. Except for women for whom it is normal.

@previous (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC)
Since it's credit card offers I'd say they definitely think he's buy-curious.

But how? I've never said that to them. Perhaps if they knew my web browsing, music tastes, things I buy, it might raise some --rainbow-- red flags but how does a financial company get access to this

Are you also Blind besides being Dumb. There are LOTS of Credit Cards with NO Annual fees. Many who will pay YOU $200 to $500 to take them.
You are DUMB as all Fuck - Capital one Amex Bank of America Chase all have NO FEE Credit cards and there is NO SUCH Thing as a Minimum Balance on regular credit cards -
> Only an IDIOT would think they're handing out hundred dollar bills just to be nice.
Of course they are not hundred dollar bills just to be nice. They are looking for regular people that fail to pay off the Monthly Balance and then they offer you the right to pay a $5000 balance for just $25/Month. 18 TO 29% Interest rate is WHAT They want to get and they do and suckers keep paying and paying for years to cum.
I always pay off the monthly balance so I not only get the Hundred of dollars I GET COLD Hard Cash for Cash back on each purchase
