Hard to say, the work he did with The Black Mages was pretty good, I really like Matoya's Cave (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euRaT0V5bSk)
Also, FFVII: Crisis Core intro music, before you play the actual game, has alot of memory to it, so it's a favorite.

The additional parts in the Complete version seem like they're just there for filler. But still, the extra length means I don't have to hit replay until that much later if I want to listen to it again. So I suppose I prefer that one.
