I posted the “30 minute pho broth” to troll a certain loser, who fell for it as usual. While some do cook it for many many hours, others, like me, believe that peak bone flavor comes after about 3 hours of simmering.

Also, you CAN buy beef bones at the Asian market and use them in a stock pot. You do not have to use the whole damn cow lol. Joints and marrow add much flavor.
