Idk I haven't tested it in a while. I started taking the beta blockers again though because the other night I had this really uncomfortable tachycardia and chest tightness. So I'm back on the 25mg twice a day of carvedilol and it's relaxed my heart a lot. I feel kind of blah though when I take them (which is why I stopped taking them).

It sounds like you're taking alpha blockers

It blocks alpha-1 receptors in addition to beta receptors so you're kinda correct.

Beta blocker did not do much for me. I had to get on calcium blocker and some other kind of blocker.

I doubt I will make it past 50 to be honest ?

I will probably end up stopping the blood pressure medication in a few days so I can feel better until I have another heart scare at which point I will take them again.

Because it is better to just die than to get medication that quickly, safely, and easily lowers it?

You only get one chance at life it’s not worth blowing it. Take your meds and enroll at a gym and get a personal trainer and start dieting. It’s gonna suck but it’s necessary

This is with me taking the beta blockers as prescribed for a week or so.

Still too high. Like I said, beta blocker did not help me. I had to get on a calcium channel blocker, AND an ACE inhibitor to get my blood pressure back to normal range (which it is now). I highly recommend seeing a doctor again, dude. I mean, I think you are a stalking prick, but I would hate to see you die.

It's a considerable drop from the ~160/100 I could usually expect. My doctor is happy with this level (ie on the edge of hypertension).

Good. But still, it is too high. Mine was about that on beta blockers. It was not until I got Calcium and ACE blockers that it came down to regular levels.
