Struggling with McDonalds serving you cold, hard fries at the drive-thru? Instead of ordering your fries at the drive-thru mic/menu board, wait until you are at the payment window and ask them to add the fries to your order. That way, they will have to scramble to grab you fresh, hot fries as they are assembling the bag, instead of putting the fries in first and letting them grow cold. Thank you.
