It describes someone who has OCD and obsesses about their sexual orientation. These obsessions are constant and painful. Treatment, generally, involves consistently resisting compulsions, allowing the thoughts to exist without obsessively interacting with them.

Are you watching porn and checking out members of the same sex, to make sure you are not gay?

You could have intrusive thoughts about being gay.

There is, of course, a subreddit where you can talk about your HOCD, if you'd like.
