I just wanted to say that I respect you for your cooking skills and drive to do something more with such skills. I remember when you stuck up for me when cooking my gumbo as most people here eat fast food. I'm cooking more and more for myself and it's really enjoyable and rewarding.

Fuck you, you snob! Fast food is delicious! Why should I slave away cooking every night when I can get delicious food from McDonald's? You and Matt are goddamn snobs, passing up really great food!

Svet you still need to visit Cajun Country or Creole Country and try Gumbo's - The variations
Kind of like Light - One needs a Reference point.

There are really only two variations in the actual heart of Cajun country: chicken and sausage, or seafood gumbo.
