1. A starving child gets food through a tax funded program.
2. A man worth $20 billion does not have some of it taxed to feed the child, this. Or having to survive on only $26 billion.

You made the assertion. You need to prove that even one Democratic candidate is a Communist, i.e. wants the workers to rise up, seize the means of production, undergo a Dictatorship of the Proletariat, then establish communal collective farms and factories. I will be awaiting your evidence.

No he does not. He wants tax money to cover healthcare. That is unrelated to workers rising up and taking over the means of production in a dictatorship of the proletariat.
