uhhh idk anything about budget laptops these days but I'm looking at an Acer aspire 5? he just wants it to have standard computing power and possibly the ability to play games and also not a Chromebook and I'm guessing under 700 bucks

Literally any laptop brand new w/ windows even good ones like thinkpad are gonna have that junk. You just uninstall it after you turn it on for the first time like a normal person
