I've become infatuated with someone I don't know. She is quite a beautiful specimen, but I have never actually met her. She is not a celebrity (or porn star).
I also think about two chicks I see on the train. They're both very beautiful. I get uncomfortable around them. Im so very much a walking pussy, I guess. It's so uncomfortable waiting for the train because I feel the one chick's presence. I try to ignore her existence, but it's difficult. I notice her all over in the morning.
Does this happen to anyone else? Are you a social reject as well? I hope this is normal.
Well, the chick I'm infatuated with presents some problems of normality, but I hope the situation of being infatuated with a stranger is normal. Attraction doesn't care if you are familiar with a body.

Sounds beta as fuck. You should just roll the dice and start a conversation.

No. The dice would be weighted. They are both gorgeous. Besides, I can't talk to people. My anxiety hits 10 just being around them. I have too much baggage to attempt to date anyone ATM, anyways.
I accept I'm beta as fuck IRL, but online I'm a powerful warrior that slays dragons! It doesnt get more alpha than that.
Don't you feel silly now?

Cool. I just need to check on these things. I'm VERY isolated. I only have my internal monologue and minichan. I worry I'm losing my mind. I suffer from delusions, and there is always the fear I will start to slip too much.

me too, OP
Actually – maybe it's not normal. I'm definitely not the person to ask, being on the same boat as you are

I have pictured a scenario of me striking up a conversation with a person I see almost daily. I wouldn't classify it as infatuation, more like sheer curiosity in getting to know someone. No, I did not pursue with this idea. Although, I am guilty of being infatuated with a guy I did not know for 2 months. This was a year ago. All I knew was that he wore Pink Floyd shirts daily and looked beautiful. This did not go better than expected either.

To what end? Why make someone uncomfortable? The absolute last thing they would likely want is for me to start up a conversation. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this was something they feared.
There are times where taking the initiative like that pays off. It is highly unlikely I would ever be involved in such a situation. I bring only discomfort. Women don't want men approaching them like that. At least, not men like me. Being "beta" as you say at my age is the result of experience, not inexperience.
I would always tell young men to take a chance. I have a good idea of what is appropriate. Me talking to women I do not know is not appropriate.
