I was in the shower and a cloud passed over the light, so then I was automatically paranoid and suspicious
Then a video alert came up on YouTube for a video that had previously traumatized me, and so I keep re remembering what I had heard
I also had an eerie episode at work yesterday where one of the residents had seen her sons doppelganger but kept on describing him as being "all grease"

I trigger my own anxiety all the time. Someone recently said they had figured that the reason they also did this was that they were an adrenaline junkie, or a stress junkie, and that she was just craving those chemicals from stress and anxiety without realizing it. I guess she's better now, idk, she still seems like a stress case from time to time
