That is grammatically incorrect. "durst" is either the 2nd person present tense form or the imperfect (or perfect/pluperfect with "have"). Your sentence is in the present tense, so it's just "I dare not use it".
A correct example would be "Thou durst fuck up thy grammar most foul" or "I durst have corrected it".
