I make them authentically. I hand make the pate using French technique. I braise the pork for two days. I pickle the vegetables myself. I cut them beautifully. Mine taste better.

I didn't even check. The website is so inviting and well constructed that cost is a secondary consideration. I'll definitely be recommending these guys for all Louisiana sandwich needs.
