Chicken thighs, beef sausage, butternut squash and red onion seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme. Half way through cooking I'll add chestnut mushrooms and a dressing of maple syrup and red wine vinegar. Once cooked I'll dress with chopped parsley.

It's not not exactly asthetically pleasing...but it seems to have potential to be a tasty meal.
